The Strategic Retreat ( 3-days, 3 nights) is geared primarily for the individual or couple in ministry leadership who want to discover their personal statement of mission and purpose. Most churches have well-crafted mission statements; we’d like to see more of their leaders know theirs. Together we’ll explore how you can answer the 2 foundational questions of personal minsitry: Who Am I? And What Must I Be About?
