{2 retreat thorough}

This is the fullest retreat combination LRC offers. Building on the Comprehensive Retreat, the Thorough Package introduces the concept of personal accountability for a period of 4-6 months that concludes with a second 5-day retreat. The purpose of this extended relationship is to assist the disenfranchised leadership couple to prepare for reentry into the ministry or a new career direction.

During the interim period between retreats, regularly scheduled phone sessions give the couple the opportunity to report their progress and to receive from Ted and Linda continued input, encouragement and affirmation.

About four to six months later, the couple returns for their second retreat. The format is similar to their first retreat, with the added elements of reunion, reevaluation and a personal sense of graduation to a new chapter of life and ministry based on goals reached during the intervening months. This extended relationship with LRC is sometimes established under the auspices of the leadership couple's denomination with the understanding that confidentiality is maintained.

In addition, some couples use their retreat experience to supplement an existing counseling program at home. Cost for the Thorough Package is $5500 per couple.
